  2. Nate and I keep having these debates as to what exactly constitutes a sweet. Do craisins or other dried fruit count? What about frosted mini wheats?

    Dried fruit is healthy! Not a treat. Frosted mini wheats , hmmm. I say if you consume a whole box yes. Eat them for breakfast or a snack, no. My whole goal with the treats is to just limit consumption of things that I eat too much of (like chocolate). So if I know that I'm consuming far above the RDA of something, and it contains lots of fat, sugar, etc. I count it as a treat. How's that for a non-good explanation?
