Okay all. I will not torture you with another bonus week. I am raising the white flag. Only 28 points possible this final week.
I think everyone pretty much gave up after the bonus week. We lost four points this week because we kind of gave up. A flaw in this contest is that once you fall behind, there's no way to make it up. How can I remedy that? I was hoping bonus week would shake it up a bit, but really it didn't. Next time I'm doing something crazy like requiring those in the lead to accept gifts of delicious food from those who are losing. Or maybe I should have second and third prize too. I don't know. What do you think?

Can I just bring you my loser money? I think I will be there next week for a day or two... or is that unacceptable?
So we sort of gave up too. I know we were up there and could possibly win, but I know Mitch and Caroline and your parents will fight to the death and frankly we are just tired of being strong. We lost 6 points...our worst week yet. I'll give you the money Saturday.
The downfall for us was a kitchen remodel project. We tore up our kitchen floor and then Nate had to leave on business in the middle of it all. With Nate gone for a few days, my fridge in my living room, My dishwasher unplugged in the garage, and my stove on the back porch nonfunctional for over a week I decided I could only handle so much stress and gave in. We'd be up for another try though! Thanks Steph

I knew Mitch and Caroline would be perfect, hence our decision to be weak. If you choose to be weak are you really weak or just making a decision? Who am I kidding...we were weak.
Oh yeah-
I think you should have a bonus week just to torment Mitch and Caroline and your parents while the rest of us sit back and eat all the sweets we desire.
It has already been written that there will be no bonus week. But I do think if there was a bonus week something bad might happen...
